Buffalo Street Books is using our Reading Room space to showcase partners from all over our community. You'll be able to browse and purchase books, from our store and others, sip and snack, learn about local & bookfest authors, and more! Read about who else is participating below.

Participants

Brigh the Witch is a queer + trans psychic witch, somatic practitioner, and multimedia artist who will be showcasing their work and offering live tarot readings. 

Cornell University Press fosters a culture of broad and sustained inquiry through the publication of scholarship that is engaged, influential, and of lasting significance. Established in 1869 as the first American university press, shortly after the founding of Cornell, the press embodies and advances the university’s core values by disseminating fundamental and practical knowledge, while commanding its own distinct editorial profile. The Three Hills imprint publishes books of general interest about the history, politics, cultures, communities, and the environment of New York State and City. Novels, short stories, and other creative writing projects are also published under Three Hills. 

Femme Filth Press is a zine publisher curated/created by Karina Hagelin. They make cute & colorful zines by @femmesupremacy on healing from trauma, radical self love, and affirmations for survivors. 

Odyssey Bookstore is Ithaca's new independent bookstore. With categories ranging from poetry to graphic novels, science fiction to romance, children's books to home improvement, and everything in between, you'll leave there with something you're excited to read, no matter who you are. 

PM Press is an independent, radical publisher of books and media to educate, entertain, and inspire. Founded in 2007 by a small group of people with decades of publishing, media, and organizing experience, PM Press amplifies the voices of radical authors, artists, and activists. 

The Tompkins Center for History and Culture serves as a community hub that celebrates our rich history, heritage, and culture, inviting participation and engagement from both county residents and visitors to our community, a place like no other in upstate New York.
