Jill Swenson will be leading a reading group on Grief Memoirs, meeting on the first Sunday of every month at 3pm. This reading group will focus on four current bestselling grief memoirs that deal with death by suicide, cancer, in childbirth, and grief at the loss of spouses, children, siblings and self. Each meeting will be self-contained, so if you’re interested you can attend one, two, three or all four sessions.

The first session, on February 5th, will discuss History of a Suicide by Jill Bialosky. The March 4th session will discuss [sic] by Joshua Cody. The April 1st session will discuss Blue Nights by Joan Didion, and the May 6th session will discuss Two Kisses for Maddy by Matt Logelin.
